Employee Wellbeing is extremely important to us in Ergo. Our mental, physical and emotional health are very important aspects of our lives and something we all need to prioritise. Now more than ever, it is crucial that we continue to mind our minds and not put wellness in a corner. One thing is for sure, we are all in this together and you are not alone
Employee’s are encouraged to self-train, upskill, and keep up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies at their disposal. Ergo encourages this by offering monetary incentives upon completion of exams. Rewards are paid into the employee’s salary, and the amount depends on the relevance and competency of the exam. Ergo will cover technical exam fees associated with your role and business needs. Employees can also avail of study leave.
The mentor programme plays a large role in the growth of Ergo. Mentoring is an advisory relationship providing guidance and advice on processes, organisational policies and politics, i.e. “the way to do things around here”. It can also be a great way for an employee to learn how a more senior employee has reached their current position, helping shape and inform their own career goals. Experienced employees can volunteer as mentors, and potential mentees can request whomever they think they might learn the most from.
Ergo allows mentors and mentees to meet during the working day – even if they need to travel (e.g. if one person is based on another site) – and a budget is allocated so the mentor can pay for lunch or a couple of coffees whenever they meet.
I joined Ergo 6 months ago as a graduate and working in project operations since then. The journey from the onboarding till date has been so smooth. One of the best parts of Ergo is the working environment, which is so friendly, energetic, and innovative. It’s a great place to work, learn and grow in the career along with having best work life balance.

I started as an intern with the Java Software Development Team during my 3rd year in University. This was the beginning of my career as a Software Developer and gave me the opportunity to realise how much I enjoy working in this field. I work with people who inspire me to be better every day, while providing me all the elements to be highly successful Developer.
Software Developer
I joined Ergo in 2018 as a Software Developer as part of the Graduate Programme where off-the-job-skills training is combined with on-the-job application which makes this programme a well-rounded learning experience. Ergo is a great place to start your career, you will gradually build your skill set and knowledge, and when you decide where you want to be, Ergo will help you achieve your career goals and support you in further education.

What we look for
A strong culture fit is essential, but equally important is your ability to contribute something unique to Ergo. We look for individuals who can bring fresh perspectives, diverse experiences, and innovative ideas to our team. A culture add means enriching our existing culture rather than merely fitting into it.
Our ideal graduate candidates are open-minded and curious. If you actively seek out new challenges, embrace change, and view every opportunity as a chance to learn and grow we want to hear from you. Being open to opportunities means being adaptable, flexible, and willing to explore different paths within Ergo.
Learning doesn’t stop after graduation; it’s a lifelong journey. We value graduates who have a hunger for knowledge, a growth mindset, and the willingness to invest time in continuous learning. Willingness to learn means actively seeking out new skills, staying curious, and being receptive to feedback.
Innovation is at the heart of what we do. We seek graduates who think creatively, challenge the status quo, and propose novel solutions. Being innovative means looking beyond conventional approaches, experimenting fearlessly, and pushing boundaries to drive positive change.
Proactivity is a key trait we look for in our graduates. We want individuals who take initiative, anticipate problems, and actively contribute without waiting for instructions. Being proactive means being self-driven, resourceful, and eager to make an impact from day one.
