Stronger Together: April Kick‑Off Awards 2026

Author

Last Friday, we came together for Ergo’s annual April Kick‑Off and Awards Night — a special occasion that marked our final celebration as Ergo as we prepare to begin the next chapter as Presidio.

It was an evening dedicated to recognising the incredible work, commitment, and collaboration of our colleagues across the business, and celebrating a standout year of strong performance in which we delivered results and achieved our ambitious goals together.

While we look ahead with excitement to what’s next, the evening also gave us time to pause and reflect. We took a moment to honour the memory of John Purdy, recognising the lasting impact he had on Ergo and our people — an impact that will not be forgotten.

A key highlight of the evening was our Recognition Awards, where we celebrated individuals and teams who truly went above and beyond this year  living our values, supporting one another, and making a meaningful impact as we move forward, stronger together.
