Senior IT Systems Engineers - Immediate Start

Ergo are seeking Senior IT Systems Engineers for immediate contract roles with a client in West Dublin. The Senior IT Systems Engineers will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows and Active Directory systems in a GxP environment.

Experience in patch management, software deployment and installation image management through SCCM, InTune, Auto Patch is essential. Experience managing Entra ID, PowerShell and Azure extremely desirable.

These are onsite roles in Dublin 24.

Key Responsibilities / Outcomes

• Carrying out security remediations and best practice recommendations.
• Active Directory/Azure Active Directory maintenance and monitoring
• Performing system and application patching
• Assist with deploying new & maintaining existing IT infrastructure, VMware & Hyper-V experience a distinct advantage
• Documenting new & existing IT Infrastructure architecture
• Documenting new & and updating existing Process and Procedure documentation
• Deploy new applications and updates via Intune
• Device Management using Intune
• Deploy server and laptop images, hardened against security standards
• Manage Autopilot deployment system
• Ensuring that BCP/DR plans incorporate restoration of Windows Infrastructure and that plans are fully tested
• Assist with development of automation to carry out operational tasks using PowerShell scripts

What do you need?

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, Technical Consultant)

• Expertise in building and maintaining Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory systems
• Extensive experience with patch deployment and endpoint compliance using SCCM and Intune
• GxP exposure desirable, but not essential
• PowerShell Scripting
