We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator for a hybrid role based in Dublin 3.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to the managed services, network and security sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating customer interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

Sales Support & Coordination
· Assist the managed services, network and security sales team with order processing, quotations, and invoicing.
· Maintain and update customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
· Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and presentations based on templates.
· Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients.
Administrative & Office Support
· Manage sales-related documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
· Create sakes-related documentation such as contracts and quotes based on catalogues and templates for internal review.
· Organize and schedule meetings.
· Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
· Provide support in tracking and resolving order issues.
Data Management & Reporting
· Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
· Conduct data entry and ensure database accuracy.

What do you need?
· Experience: 1-3 years in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data management tools.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
· Other Qualities: Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Work Environment
· Hybrid role with occasional travel for meetings or events.
· Collaboration with sales, delivery and marketing teams.
· Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and efficiency.
