Ergo is pleased to announce that Alana Carroll, Account Director, has relocated to support its U.S. office, bringing nearly nine years of experience in sales, customer success, and business growth. Alana’s journey with Ergo began with the acquisition of Asystec in early 2016, where her dedication to excellence, customer satisfaction, and a strong growth culture made a significant impact—a commitment she now brings to the U.S. market.
With a background rooted in sales, Alana led Asystec’s renewals business, achieving over 105% growth and helping expand the department into a key sales function. She also built valuable relationships with vendors and partners, maximizing margins and optimizing processes to benefit customers—a skill she’s excited to bring to the US team. Alana credits Ergo’s focus on excellence as a major influence on her career, and she looks forward to contributing to the US team with the same passion for growth.
Alana holds a degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University and certifications in Project Management and Computer Science from Dublin Business School. Her achievements at Ergo reflect her drive and expertise; she has received numerous accolades, including the ‘CEO Choice Award’ in 2023 and ‘Salesperson of the Year’ in 2022. In addition, she serves as a Mental Health Champion at Ergo, underscoring her commitment to a supportive workplace culture.
