Microsoft Extends Managed Print Services Partnership with Ergo

Microsoft has once again awarded Ergo the contract for the extension of their managed print services agreement for an additional three years. The contract covers the entire print, copy, scan and fax operation in both Microsoft’s Sandyford office and its new data centre based in Grange Castle, Dublin.

The relationship, spanning over twelve years, enables over 2,000 Microsoft users to efficiently and securely print across 65 HP devices in 5 Microsoft buildings. The deal allows Microsoft to continue enjoying the business benefits and greater efficiencies of a managed services contract.

The Microsoft site is particularly significant as it was the first in Ireland to deploy a managed print environment over twelve years ago. Today, Ergo continue to introduce innovative print solutions which lead to further efficiencies and cost savings for Microsoft.

According to Gerard Butler, Ireland Facilities Manager with Microsoft, “We decided to continue our arrangement with Ergo because of the quality of the service provided and value for money offered. This, combined with the team of engineers, ensures that we have an effective and efficient system to meet our needs. “Best of Breed” for a Total Print Solution? We think so.”

Derek Kehoe, Sales Director with Ergo commented, “We pride ourselves on an outstanding service to Microsoft ensuring maximum productivity for staff. This is the fifth time the agreement has been extended showing Microsoft’s faith in our ability to deliver as we continue to provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of progressive organisations.”
