Microsoft Names Ergo 2012 Country Partner of the Year
For the second time in three years, Ergo has won the Microsoft Ireland Partner of the Year award for demonstrating the highest level of excellence, superior technical ability and innovation in the deployment of market-leading Microsoft-based solutions.

With expertise across 11 Microsoft competencies, including Unified Communications, Systems Management and Virtualisation, Ergo has been responsible for some of the most significant Microsoft projects in Ireland over the last 12 months.
Key projects include customising Office 365 for 1,500 aid workers in Goal; a Business Intelligence solution for Topaz that extracts data from 1.5 million transactions a week; the migration of 600 users to a new Exchange messaging environment in St Luke’s Hospital, and the deployment of a passenger information application for Aer Lingus, built on the Azure platform.
Ergo is also the largest employer of Microsoft accredited engineers and developers in Ireland, a dedicated team that Paul Rellis praised for their ability and “top-class commitment to delivering value by fully embracing our portfolio, especially our online services”.
Microsoft has been particularly impressed at the way Ergo builds on its product platform to provide customised solutions. With a unique combination of software and infrastructure skills, Ergo puts its customers first as it helps them leverage the latest technology for business advantage.
Partnering Microsoft in its cloud strategies, Ergo is already a successful exponent of application development on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and a leading provider of the Office 365 software-as-as-service suite, with particular strengths in SharePoint and Lync.
