Ergo Delight In Retaining Gold Standard Award At Deloitte Best Managed Companies Gala Night 2015

The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards 2015 Gala which took place on Friday March 7th at the RDS Ballsbridge provided Ergo with another reason to celebrate.This year Ergo were delighted to requalify as a Deloitte Best Managed Company and retain our Gold Standard Award for 2015.

The Deloitte Best Managed Company 2015 takes place annually and 2015 marked the 7th year of the prestigious award. This year 110 companies from throughout Ireland who operate at a superior level of business performance received the accolade.The event was attended by Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD who acted as keynote speaker. He congratulated the companies on their commitment and innovation.

Ergo went through a rigorous application process to re-qualify for the much coveted Gold Standard. Deloitte looks for companies that are a symbol of Irish corporate success and recognises excellence in business. Achieving Gold Standard again for 2015 demonstrates Ergo’s commitment and belief in innovation, and willingness to invest in research and development within the marketplace in which it operates.

John Purdy, CEO, Ergo, commented “The Deloitte judging panel took a holistic view and also considered how we operate in relation to our peers and how we compete in the industries that we are operating in. The judging panel continue to be impressed with our ability to adapt and change on a continual basis, our ambition to grow in new markets and our commitment to serving the customer. This is especially gratifying after the Great Place to Work award we received in February and is further endorsement of the complete team’s ability to adapt to a very changing market”.
