Empowering Women Through Community Support: Ergo’s US International Women’s Day Initiative

At Ergo, we believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting initiatives that drive meaningful change. This International Women’s Day, our Ergo US team came together to make a tangible difference in the lives of women in need, with Alana Carroll and Vicki Schiller leading the initiative.

With the support of Dell Technologies, our colleagues, and customers, they organized a clothing drive in aid of Dress for Success Worldwide—an organization that provides professional attire and career support for unemployed and underemployed women, helping them achieve economic independence.
The response from our Ergo colleagues, along with generous donations from our partners at Dell and customers, was incredible. These clothing pieces will go a long way in helping women feel confident and prepared as they step into new career opportunities.

A special acknowledgment goes to Ryan McKay, who played a crucial role in organizing a substantial donation, and Brett Housker, who kindly sponsored food and drinks for the event. Their contributions, along with the support from our wider Ergo and Dell Technologies teams, made this initiative a success.

At Ergo, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and support, not just within our organization but also in the broader community. We are proud to have been part of an initiative that aligns with our values and helps empower women on their career journeys.
