We’re incredibly proud to share that Ergo has been named one of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte for the 15th consecutive year. This recognition is a powerful endorsement of the work we do every day and the values that drive us forward.
The award was presented at a ceremony in the RDS on 25 September, where we were honoured alongside some of the most successful and innovative businesses across the island of Ireland. To be recognised year after year is a testament to the strength of our strategy, our culture, and the incredible people who make Ergo what it is.
We were evaluated across four key pillars: Strategy, Capabilities and Innovation, Culture and Commitment, and Governance and Financials. These are areas we continuously invest in, not just to meet the standard, but to raise it.
A Milestone Worth Celebrating
We first received this award in 2010, and since 2017, we’ve proudly held the Platinum Standard – a mark of consistent excellence. It’s more than a badge of honour; it’s a reflection of how we operate, how we grow, and how we support our clients.
