Today we are putting the spotlight on Mark Sheridan, who is a senior functional consultant for Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms here at Ergo. Mark touches on what brings joy to his role, the trust placed on him to deliver quality results to clients, and what his favorite Ergo value is! His story shows that ownership, dedication, and positivity is what really brings fulfilment to one’s role.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Ergo?
What I enjoy most about my role at Ergo is the trust that Ergo places in me to perform to the best of my abilities and deliver high-quality products to our customers. There’s a lot of respect for my expertise from them as well, which I value highly.
What Ergo value resonates most with you?
So, one of the values that resonates with me is ownership. You are encouraged to own all of the work that you do, both in terms of the knowledge you gain from it, what you present to the team, what they might gain from it, and you get recognized for that, which I think is very important. I feel I can contribute more to the team as a whole.
Mark’s story is a great example of how dedication to one’s role and mutual respect can bring joy to anyone’s work life.
