Ergo Selected as Strategic Partner by UK’s AAT for Microsoft CRM Upgrade to D365
Dublin, Ireland – 29th October 2025 – Ergo, Ireland’s largest indigenous IT solutions provider, is pleased to announce its selection by AAT, the Association of Accounting Technicians, as the strategic partner for their Microsoft CRM upgrade to Dynamics 365 (D365).
AAT is a UK-headquartered, professional body for accounting technicians and bookkeepers, as well as a major provider of finance and accounting qualifications in the UK.
This partnership underscores Ergo’s commitment to delivering scalable, future-proof solutions that align with AAT’s long-term digital transformation goals. Over the next 18 months, Ergo will support AAT in progressively adopting new capabilities, enhanced features and innovations. By prioritising a configuration-first approach using Power Platform’s out-of-the-box capabilities, Ergo aims to minimise complexity and cost, ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud.
The engagement will modernise AAT’s existing D365-based solution, which currently supports over 50,000 members. This initiative is set to enhance AAT’s operational efficiency and member experience through advanced CRM functionality.
