IT Field Support Engineer (immediate start)

We’re currently on the lookout for an IT Field Support Engineer to join one of our client teams on an initial contract running through to the end of the year.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out on-site across the North Leinster region, working as part of a small, tight-knit team (4 engineers) delivering hardware deployments and installations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deploying and installing IT hardware across multiple client sites
• Providing deskside support and troubleshooting issues
• Supporting users with remote access and login issues

What we’re looking for:

• Solid deskside / field support experience
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Entra / Active Directory, and remote logins
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be dealing with a range of users, including VIPs
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle (mileage covered)
