Ergo named Deloitte Best Managed Company and Great Place to Work for 2019
Following on from their announcement of 100 new jobs last January, Ergo has been named again as a Deloitte Best Managed Company for 2019 and also as the 7th Best Medium Sized Workplace in Ireland at the Great Place to Work Awards, an award that was entirely down to Ergo’s employees who completed a confidential survey.
78% of them rated Ergo as a great place to work and praised the firm for having a friendly environment with approachable management. They also talked about pride in their jobs, an equal opportunities culture, a sense of individual responsibility, and a shared company ethos based on achieving client trust.
John Purdy, Chief Executive Officer of Ergo, said, “Our continued growth and success has been achieved by constantly evolving to give our customers what they need. There have been significant advancements in the way businesses use and consume technology, so I expect that trend not only to continue but to accelerate.”
Recruiting the best people and creating a strong workplace culture has always been fundamental to Ergo, with a variety of new positions now being available in the technical and commercial space. The Deloitte Best Managed Award has been given to the company for the tenth year running, an accolade that recognizes indigenous Irish companies operating at the highest levels of business performance.
