Ergo Donate €3,110 To Charity In Their World Cup Charity Sweepstakes

Ergo are proud to announce that its World Cup Charity Sweepstakes has managed to raise €3,110 for 32 deserving charities. We had 32 of our most valued clients nominate a charity that was close to their hearts. After a few nail biting weeks of goals, red cards, tears and shocking defeats we had a new World Cup winner Germany. We are happy to congratulate the following companies for clinching the top three spots:

Germany 1st place €1,000 – Simon Community – nominated by the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland
Argentina 2nd place €500 – CARI Foundation – nominated by Reynolds Logistics
Netherlands 3rd place €250 – Bray Cancer Support – nominated by Eurofound

Just to keep things interesting and to ensure that all these very deserving charities benefited, we decided to donate an additional €10 to the nominated charities for every goal conceded by a company’s team in the group stages.

Ergo are delighted to give back to these deserving charities and we hope that the monies received by the charities will benefit people’s lives.
