Ergo Raise 3,000 Euro for the Childrens Sunshine Home

Last month, Ergo held a table quiz and raffle with the objective of raising much needed funds for the Children’s Sunshine Home & LauraLynn House, Ergo’s charity partner for 2012/2013.

Ergo representatives visited the children’s hospice last Friday to present a cheque for €3,000 to Michelle Byers, Fundraising Executive, Children’s Sunshine Home.

“We are hugely grateful to Ergo for choosing LauraLynn – Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice as their charity partner for 2012/2013. We rely solely on the generosity of the general public and organizations like Ergo undergoing fundraising initiatives for us to raise the €1.8 million we need to run LauraLynn each year, and make a real difference to the lives of very sick children. Having raised a wonderful €3,000 at their table quiz, we are especially excited to have Ergo’s support and look forward to working with them on many fundraisers throughout the year!” Michelle Byers, Fundraising Executive, Children’s Sunshine Home.
