The management and staff of Ergo are committed to a policy which strives for excellence in the quality of the products and services which we provide to our customers. As part of this policy, independent and objective quality assessments are made regularly which focus our efforts on the achievement of continuous improvements in our service.
Quality has always been an integral part of the delivery framework practiced in Ergo. In 2010 we recognized the need for standardization and hence applied the quality measures that we had established and practiced in Ergo for many years to the internationally recognized I.S. EN ISO 9001:2008 standard for quality management. Our current certificate is valid until December 2016. Certification is awarded by NSAI.
