Paul assumed the role of Ergo’s CEO in September 2021, recognised for his expertise in corporate finance, business value, and sustainable growth strategies. He is accountable for executing Ergo’s strategic vision, supporting business development, and facilitating growth. Paul has been instrumental in overseeing substantial growth at Ergo and has successfully managed multiple acquisitions.

Conal, Ergo’s Group COO since 2019, oversees operations and strategy execution. He evaluates M&A prospects, leveraging his 20 years of experience in telecom and tech, and his status as a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Lorne, is Ergo's CIO, formally Head of Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions at Asystec after Ergo's acquisition. With over 20+ years of experience, his expertise encompasses private, public, and hybrid clouds, with a focus on cloud-native development and application modernization. Lorne is responsible for innovation within Ergo, serving as a trusted IT advisor to clients.

Having been with the company for 24 years, Frazer has held a variety of roles supporting the growth and development of the business. Now part of the leadership team and a director of the company, Frazer has specific responsibilities for partnerships & programs, legal and compliance, acquisition integration, & significant deal oversight.

Aonghus, Ergo's Chief Revenue Officer post-Asystec acquisition in 2022, leverages over 20 years of IT and financial expertise. His strategic sales acumen and international market growth skills are invaluable for Ergo's rapid global expansion. Aonghus is adept at sealing intricate deals and fostering enduring, trust-filled client partnerships.

Yvonne, with two decades of experience in Product Innovation, Go-to-Market strategies, and Service Delivery Excellence, is a versatile IT leader. She leads Ergo’s Marketing and Product Development team, driving strategic changes to achieve business objectives. Yvonne is responsible for marketing strategies and driving brand growth. Also, she is D&I executive sponsor at Ergo.

With over 25 years of IT industry experience, Brett spearheaded Asytec’s global expansion, later serving as President of the North American business following its acquisition by Ergo. His career spans key roles at Dell, Oracle, and HP, offering a robust blend of technical expertise, project execution, strategic leadership, and sales acumen.

With over 20 years of IT industry experience, John has recently joined Ergo to head our expansion into the Northern Ireland market. John has recently worked for Codec (5 years) as their NI Commercial Lead and Head of Operations for Business Applications and previously worked for Microsoft for 6 years.

Having joined Micromail in 2006 Stephen has held a variety of roles from Quality Manager to Managing Director. Stephen played a vital role in Micromail’s successful integration with Ergo in 2016.

Derek has responsibility for the IT Resourcing business unit within Ergo. Having joined Ergo as a sales director in 2010, his background and wealth of experience uniquely prepared him to maintain and further develop Ergo’s position as a strategic IT partner to many of Ireland’s leading organisations in both public and private sector.

Shelah McMahon, director of public sector at Ergo, oversees the public sector centre of excellence across Dublin, Cork, and Limerick offices, consolidating service offerings across digital, cloud and managed services. Shelah previously was Vodafone Ireland’s head of public sector sales for five years, collaborating with the government on digital infrastructure and services.

With over 20 years of experience in Ireland’s ICT sector, John excels in developing and executing business unit strategies, focusing on technology investment, business case development, and digital solution management. John leads our managed services function at Ergo.
