Ergo is seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator for a permanent role in Dublin city centre. You will join the current Microsoft and VMware Partner of the Year providing onsite support to a well-known client.
The successful candidate will provide IT Support to internal users on M365 stack.
You should have experience in Active Directory user administration, building laptops, Mobile Device Management and deployment.
This is an onsite role with strong benefits including pension, health insurance and 25 days AL.
What will you do?
- Monitor system alert tickets and be proactive in remediation of issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology incidents for employees.
- Fully document all troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles of resolutions.
- General user support for office applications, mobile device/smart phone support.
- Support and management of multi-function devices.
- Undertake hardware and software installation requests.
- Record all issues and work undertaken to a high standard in ticketing platform.
- Maintain Hardware asset inventory.
- Assist with rollout of new user devices E.g., Laptops, PCs, Tablets, Phones etc
- Support of meeting room AV systems including Google Meet, Teams etc.
You should have the following experience:
- 3+ years’ in a similar role (Service Desk Analyst, Systems Administrator, IT Support, Helpdesk Engineer)
- Strong skills in Microsoft O365 / Exchange
- Laptop builds and imaging
- Knowledge of networking and network equipment.
- Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS.
- Industry qualifications (CCNA, MSCE, MS Azure).
